Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens for all of us. I will always communicate with you and respect your time in the event that an issue arrises that interferes with your appointment. I ask for the same courtesy. The following policy is adhered at The Skin & Beauty Studio: I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. This allows me time to possibly rebook your appointment. In the event of a cancelation with less than 24 hour notice or a no show, you may be charged the full amount of your appointment in order to maintain future appointments. If you arrive late to your appointment, it will cut into your appointment time in order to accommodate the appointments following yours. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, this may be considered a no call no show and your card will be charged accordingly. Out of respect and consideration to me and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
